If you need inspiration or don't have quite the right picture, event or music in your files then go to our JukeBoxes to Jog Your Memory. Look for what was happening at a certain time in your life: Events, Entertainers and Movies. What ever happened to Dagmar? Or the music of the Fifties and Sixties? How about Olde Time Radio or Saturday Movies?
Our JukeBoxes are organized by Decades and by Time Of Your Life- Childhood, School Days, College, the Service Years and so on - just the way they are tucked away in the Corners of Your Mind. Organize Your Memories in a Story Folder to recall more special moments than you would imagine.
Your Shoebox or old album photo of memories need your words to be complete. Scan them yourself or have our service preserve them on a CD. Then select the best ones to help tell your story of a Special Moment in Time. To make it fun and keep it simple, we suggest you select a special memory and a few associated photos, then capture your memories at your own pace, one memory at a time.
If you already have Digital Pictures, simply look through your files,and select the photo or graphic that best helps you tell the Rest of the Story. Then just Drag and Drop your photo into a folder. For easy photo editing, PhotoShop Express (Demo Video) is the best we have found.

Our BackWhen Website recreates memories of people, events, sports and entertainment and pure nostalgia from the Good Old Days. They are designed to help you recall your special moments and then make it easy to create, add and share your own Personal Stories and Photos with friends and families. If you enjoy sharing Nostalgia and Reminisces, or just reading about he Good Old Days, this is the site for you.
Many of our Site visitors have shared a highlight from their Good Old Days, by submitting a short Readers Story on-line to BackWhen. You can share your memories and photos with our readers, or just network with a selected group of people. You can see examples of visitors’ submissions in our “Readers Stories and our Old Timers” sections. You will also find internet photos and videos that will help make your memories come alive. You will see all these nostalgic memory joggers, by decade or under categories of memories, such as “In the Army”, “How I Met my Wife”, “Home on the Farm”, “My Best Car” and so on. Submit some of your best memories to share with others, or just read the hundreds of Stories that others have already submitted. But be warned, if you start reading them, you will find your self saying, “My memories can top that”.
Over the years, BackWhen folks have contributed a treasury of Special Moments and Memories to share with our visitors. For example, one feature is mini-biographies of forgotten heroes of stage, screen, sports and politics.
